They spent a day at the School speaking with pupils and staff members, exploring the beautiful site, and absorbing life at Milton Abbey. The Good Schools Guide is the UK's number one most trusted guide to schools, having published over 1,100 reviews of state and independent, boarding and day, mainstream and special schools of their own choosing. We are delighted to see so many of the key strengths which make Milton Abbey's offering so unique highlighted in the report, in particular the way pupils feel a genuine appreciation of our individualised approach to education, the home-from-home atmosphere in our boarding houses and the value-added we are able to offer through the diverse range of curricular and extra-curricular opportunities available. The beautiful grounds and stunning setting we take so much pride in also quite rightly features in the review, with the editor deeming Milton Abbey 'one of the prettiest schools in the country'. However it is the concluding section of the review which we believe encapsulates our ethos perfectly, "Milton Abbey's setting, countryside expertise and innovative mix of qualifications give pupils, some of whom may not have thrived elsewhere, a host of opportunities to shine - both inside and outside the classroom."
