Milton Abbey's New Barn Theatre was full to capacity last week for a two-night performance of this term's School production of 'Grease'. The production, performed on the last Wednesday and Thursday evenings of term, was another wonderful display of musical theatre from across the year groups. The production was directed by Milton Abbey's Head of Drama, Liz Bemment, with Nikki Budd directing the music. Standout performances came from all the main characters - Laura, Tom, Phoebe, Estella, Rufus and Sam as Kenicke - but it was also fantastic to see younger pupils taking on big parts which showed lots of talent coming up the ranks. A rousing, enjoyable peformance with great dancing, choreography, singing and acting ensured Rydell High in Dorset was a real success.
