Boarding Houses

Boarding and Day

On joining the school, every pupil is assigned to a House; a close-knit community where year groups are fully integrated and where every pupil can feel that they belong.

Our Boarding Houses…

We were won over by the calm, peaceful environment, the caring and enthusiastic teaching staff and the special attention given to each pupil. We think our son would be very happy here and will fit in well with this second family that is Milton Abbey

Award-Winning Excellence in Independent Education

We are proud to be recognised among the UK’s leading independent schools. In 2024, we were honoured to be named a finalist for Boarding School of the Year at the Independent Schools of the Year Awards. Building on this success, we are thrilled to be finalists again in 2025, this time for Small Independent School of the Year.

Our commitment to exceptional pastoral care has also been acknowledged by the Boarding Schools’ Association, where we were shortlisted for the Supporting Junior Boarders award.

These national recognitions reflect the dedication of our staff, the strength of our community, and the outstanding all-round education we provide.
